This system is developed based on the Red Cotton genome database, a tool for calculating the copy number of genes in cells. The database contains genome sequencing results for nearly 1,000 cell lines and covers 20,000 + genes. This system calculates the copy number of genes in a cell line according to the method of chromosome segmentation, combined with karyotyping data. The higher the copy number, the more difficult it is to obtain gene-editing homozygotes, which can be used for the assessment of the project comprehensive difficulty.
